We help with everyday technical problems when we have the time. This project is volunteer-based and run in our spare time.

What to expect

Help is provided by volunteers in their spare time and offered on a best-effort basis. We can’t guarantee fast responses or solutions to all problems.

When is this right for you?

This service is best suited when you're stuck with a specific technical problem and can’t quite solve it on your own.

  • You have an issue with your PC, network, or software and can’t find a clear solution
  • You’re getting error messages or strange behavior that doesn’t make sense
  • You’re unsure what is actually safe to do
  • You want help before doing something that might break or delete something important
  • You need someone to look at your specific situation

About us

We’re a small group of IT professionals and tech enthusiasts who enjoy troubleshooting and helping people solve everyday technical problems.

Our background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, completed through the University of South Wales (USW) and Noroff.

This project is run in our spare time and is completely volunteer-based. We help when we’re available and only with what we can reasonably handle.
